Vishal Manve | Intern

 

Vishy Manve works with Growald Climate Fund’s Field Innovation team supporting emerging research on impact investment, CRMs and institutional program support.

Currently, Vishy is completing his MA in Climate and Society at Columbia Climate School. He has a MA in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, with a special concentration on environmental resource policy management. Vishy has interned with UNFCCC’s Global Innovation Hub and conducted extensive research on climate disinformation campaigns, models and the role of AI in digital disinformation ecosystems.

Prior to academia, Vishy worked as AFP’s India correspondent and reported on business, economy, and climate policy. He was also a fellow with CIVICUS, Climate Tracker and East West Center and has been published across 20+ media publications globally.

Vishy loves reading, exploring different genres of music and cooking elaborate meals for friends and family. Currently living in New York, Vishy has spent time in Boston, Serbia, and is a native of Mumbai, India.
