Transforma
Transforma is a Colombian not-for-profit organization that was established in 2017 with the goal of generating systemic changes for a viable world. The organization aims to achieve profound transformations in the way the environment, society and the economy interact. Since it was founded, Transforma has been able to generate long-lasting impact working on climate change, energy transition, biodiversity, among other areas. It has also informed decision making in the Colombian government, mainly around economic diversification and energy transition.
In three years, Transforma has grown both in terms of the scope of its projects, and of its team members and organizational structure. The team has grown to around 40 people, and aims to consolidate this growth and pivot into a future where the organization expands its reach regionally and globally, and deepens its impact in the territories and regions where progress to advance the protection for the environment and the people is most necessary.
