Deborah Laframboise | Finance Director

 

Deborah joined Growald Climate Fund in 2013 and helped to transform the fund from a private philanthropy into a fully operating foundation. She manages all aspects of GCF’s financial management and operations. 

Deborah brings more than 27 years of experience in accounting and financial management to her work. Prior to Growald, she was the finance director at The Vermont Folklife Center and served as board treasurer for Homeward Bound, Addison County Humane Society. Before moving to the nonprofit sector, Deborah spent the first 10 years of her career in the corporate sector as manager of general accounting at Goodrich Aerospace (now known as Collins Aerospace) and as assistant controller for a Starwood hotel. 

Deborah holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business management with a minor in economics from Trinity College. She is a real estate investor and animal rights advocate.
